Privacy

This page is operated by Tennis Fabian to answer common questions about the privacy of the TIDAC app. It is not an independent certification, but a summary of the currently enabled features and practices.

Requests are usually processed within 72 hours.

2. What data is stored

TIDAC only stores data that you enter yourself or that you voluntarily sync via connected services:

• Profile information (name, playing hand, playing style, backhand, club, experience, height, idol, racket)
• Match entries (opponent, result, surface, date, ratings, notes)
• Training sessions (duration, category, intensity, quality, focus, notes)
• Calendar appointments and season planning
• Voluntarily synced health data, e.g. from WHOOP (recovery, sleep, strain, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate)
• AI analyses and coach conversations you create

3. Purpose of processing

The data is only used to visualize your tennis development, calculate personal statistics and provide AI-based recommendations. There is no profiling for advertising and no sale of data.

4. Hosting and infrastructure

The app is hosted via Lovable and uses Lovable Cloud as a backend service. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Lovable Cloud provides authentication, database and server functions. We use this infrastructure but remain responsible ourselves for the content processing and protection of your data.

5. Third parties and integrations

Currently the following external services can be linked:

• WHOOP — for health and recovery data (only after your explicit connection)
• Google and Apple — for optional sign-in (OAuth)

Data sharing is limited to what is technically necessary for the respective function.

6. Cookies and tracking

TIDAC uses no marketing cookies, no third-party trackers and no analytical tracking without your knowledge. Only the technical cookies required for sign-in and security are used.

7. Retention and deletion

Your data remains stored as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time in the settings. Deletion is carried out within 30 days.

8. Security

Communication runs encrypted over HTTPS. Authentication is secured via Lovable Cloud. Database access is controlled via Row Level Security (RLS), so each user can only see their own data. You can additionally protect the app with biometric authentication (passkeys) on your device.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. Just send us an email at the address above.

10. Changes

This statement is updated for new features or legal adjustments. The date above shows the current version.
